The PuraVida Foundation (meaning Pure Life in Spanish) is a Registered Charity in Canada, concentrating on some of the most desperate areas of Latin America. The shelter, which reaches out to sexually exploited young girls of Cusco, Peru and surrounding areas has become a safe haven and a go to place for these kids. Since 2009, the shelter has been rehabilitating, educating and giving these amazing children the family they have been robbed of for most of their lives.
PuraVida Foundation is proudly supporting every girl that steps through their doors with an education and a chance to go to university. They are currently housing seven young girls that have suffered from child prostitution, abuse, and abandonment. And with your help our goal is to open a larger facility that can hold up to 50 kids, so please open your eyes and hearts to these amazing young kids.
Our aim is to create eclectic, high-quality, ethically-crafted products that suit your wayfaring lifestyle. We use earth-friendly materials and production processes whenever possible. Every product is manufactured in an audited factory, which means that a third party auditing company ensures safe working conditions, fair pay, no child labor, and high labor standards.
"Dharma" means duty. We believe companies have a duty to act like good people, and, to that end, we try to embody values like tolerance, transparency, authenticity, empathy, fairness, and compassion.
